Heart Art is a fundraiser for Columbus non-profit Sam’s Fans. Students from all over central Ohio are invited to submit their artwork. Selected Jurors will choose artwork that will then be auctioned off at the Heart Art Event in November.  The event will include live music, food, and beverages. 

Artwork Submission


Artwork Drop Off is Saturday, October 20th, 9 a.m.-noon.

All Columbus area students (K – 12) are eligible to submit artwork
for the Heart Art Fundraiser, held at Picassos on Nov 15th.

Work of any media in 2D or 3D will be accepted.

Maximum 1 entry per category (2D or 3D)

Two entries maximum per student (one 2D category, one 3D category)

Students whose works are included in the fundraiser will receive 2 free tickets for the event and a printed book containing the collection of works from the show.

Students must be accompanied with an adult the night of the event.

Oct 25th, works will be juried by our local artist panel

Week of Nov 5, selected artists will be notified via email

Nov 15, 6-9 p.m. Heart Art Fundraiser Event at Picassos, featuring food, live music, and auctioning of artwork. A book containing the collection of works in the show will also be available for purchase the night of the event.


Artwork Requirements


All entries must be student’s original artwork and have an Identification Label. Entries may not be copied from a published artwork or photograph. Entries must have been created within the past 12 months.All selected artwork will be auctioned off the night of the event. Works may be in any theme or medium. We reserve the right to reject any work for any reason.

All artwork selected will be considered as donated to Sam’s Fans. These auctioned off artworks will help support art and music therapy in children’s hospitals.
